Refund policy

At Saajolux, every order is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. We take quality seriously.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective items received. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour variation due to screen display differences.

To raise a damage claim:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at saajolux@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 70422 74979 with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Resolution:

Approved claims will be resolved with store credit equal to the value of the damaged item. Store credit is valid for 6 months from date of issue and can be used on any product on saajolux.com.

We do not offer cash refunds.

Non-returnable items:

All jewellery is non-returnable unless damaged on arrival. This includes items that have been worn, altered, or not in original packaging.

Shipping on returns:

In the rare event a physical return is required, return shipping instructions will be provided by our team. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
